My mother used to make this every Holiday with Ham, and it has been passed down since. My kids LOVE it and always ask for it during Thanksgiving and Christmas. I love it because it brings me back to my younger days, and reminds me of my mother who is dearly missed

Ingredients:
6 potatoes
Sliced Velveeta cheese, about 3/4 of a big one
Milk, about 1 and a half cups
Directions:
Cut up the potatoes and boil them until almost soft, then add them to a baking dish.
Cut up the cheese into chunks and add to the baking dish.
Then add your milk.
Put them in the over for about 20-25mins on 375 degrees.
Let them cool off a little, and enjoy!
