Years ago I was a Remodeling Contractor. I am a Cajun from Louisiana & in Louisiana we love to give a little extra to everyone, we call it “Lagniappe”, so I wanted to give some Lagniappe to all of my customers, so every year at Thanksgiving I would fry my some of my customers a Cajun Fried Turkey, a quart of the best Rice Dressing & a Crunchy, Carmel, Pecan, Apple Pie. My customers loved me & I created lots of friends after my job was completed.
