I came across this recipe in my Mother in Laws recipe book. It has become one of our family favorites.

Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 cups cooked rotini or penne pasta
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup beef bacon, cooked and crumbled
Sauce:
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
Directions:
- Cook ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat until well browned, breaking it up with a spatula. Drain off excess fat.
- Sprinkle flour over the browned beef. Stir to coat evenly, then gradually add milk while whisking constantly to create a smooth sauce. Add ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Stir until mixed well. Simmer for 2 to 3 minutes to thicken.
- Add cooked pasta, crumbled beef bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese to the skillet. Stir thoroughly until cheese is melted and pasta is well coated in sauce.
- Serve immediately while hot. For added flavor, top with extra cheddar or more crumbled beef bacon if desired.
