Nana’s Beef Stroganoff

My grandmother served this meal to my husband and I in 1964 along with a side of vegetables. I‘ve continued using this recipe through the years and now our daughters serve it to their families.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • Season with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • Sour cream

Directions:

  1. Brown ground beef, add seasonings
  2. Stir in cream of chicken soup and heat for 5 minutes on low
  3. Stir in cream of mushroom soup and heat for 5 minutes on low
  4. Add sour cream and stir in until well mixed
  5. Ready to serve over rice or noodles
