Nanas Sausage Casserole

I make this casserole for family events, it is a huge hit for all ages. If there are leftovers. Very good next day!

Ingredients:

• Roll of owens hot sausage
• Hash brown potatoes
• 1 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
• 1 cup milk
  3 eggs

Directions:

• Layer hashbrowns in greased 9 by 9 pyrex dish
• brown sausage
• once browned pour over hashbrowns, distribute half cheese
• mix milk and eggs, 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper, add egg mixture to dish and add remaining cheese.
• Bake 350 for 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out dry. Super delicious!
