My dad created this and I have submitted this before in cookbook at my job at a bank years ago. The company created a Home cooking recipe book and added my Dad’s recipe. My Dad is no longer here, but the tradition goes on with his blessing.

Ingredients:
1 8oz container cool whip
1 8oz can crushed pineapple
1 pkg pistachio instant pudding dry mix
1 1/2 cup miniature marshmallows
Do Not Add any milk.
Directions:
- Mix and stir all ingredients and chill in refrigerator.
- This recipe can be doubled.
