Sour Cream Enchiladas

These are my families favorite Tex Mex enchiladas

Ingredients:

  • Flour tortillas
  • cream cheese
  • sweet onions
  • shredded yellow cheese
  • cilantro
  • heavy cream

Directions:

Brown and season the chicken in salt, pepper and cook in olive oil.
Place the cream cheese in the pan.
Melt the cream cheese with the chicken and cook until the cheese melts.
Place the chicken mixture in a tortilla.
Place the enchiladas side by side in a cooking dish.
Cover with heavy cream and shredded cheese.
Cover the enchiladas with foil.
Cook in preheated oven at 350 degrees for thirty minutes.
When cheese on top is melted the enchiladas are done.
Garnish with cilantro. Bon appetite!
