I love the taste of hot cheese dip and tortilla chips. This soup gives you a similar flavor without all the calories. This is a recipe I created and almost named it ‘Dump Soup’ because it is so easy to make. Just dump can after can into a big soup pot, heat and enjoy!!
Everyone that taste my soup always asks me for the recipe. It will live on many generations to come: I have passed it down to my children, grand children and great grand children.

Ingredients:
- Large can Chicken Breast
- 2 cans (drained) Corn
- 3 cans Chicken Broth
- 1 can Rotel Original (tomatoes)
- 1 can Ranch Beans
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta Cheese (cut into approx.3" cubes)
Directions:
- Place can Chicken Breast into Pot first.
- Then break it up with a fork into small pieces.
- Now dump in the rest of the ingredients and heat until the cheese melts.
- Serve in bowl with a few tortilla chips on top.
