At the heart of each of our Cotton Patch Cafe locations is a community of team members, families, and neighbors who go the extra mile. In honor of our 30th anniversary, we are recognizing those who work hard in the communities we serve.

How it works

  1. Our guests will nominate their favorite
    hometown hero between 10/9/19—10/22/19.
  2. Our selection committee will pick the nominees who
    we feel most embody what it means to be a community hero.
  3. Our winners will each receive a Cotton Patch Gift Card
    and recognition amongst their community.
